Funded Account
After successfully passing a challenge, traders receive a real funded account. The funded account comes with real capital, unlimited profit potential, and the ability to withdraw profits on a weekly basis.

Performance Rules & Limits
All challenge and funded accounts are subject to the following performance parameters. These limits are automatically enforced by the platform and cannot be bypassed or modified.
Profit Target: 20% — achieve a 20% return on the initial account balance to pass the challenge phase
Maximum Daily Profit: 6% — profits exceeding 6% of the daily starting balance will be automatically deducted at midnight reset
Maximum Overall Drawdown: 12% — if the account equity drops 12% below the initial balance, the account immediately fails with no possibility of appeal
Daily Drawdown Limit: 6% — if the account loses more than 6% of the day's starting balance, the account immediately fails
Minimum Trading Days: 5 — at least 5 distinct calendar days of trading activity are required to pass the challenge
Maximum Open Trades: 2 — only 2 trades can be open simultaneously. Opening a 3rd trade will cause immediate account failure
Maximum Risk Per Trade: 3% — each individual trade cannot risk more than 3% of the current account balance
Daily Reset System
The platform operates on a daily reset cycle to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of trading performance. Understanding this system is critical for all traders.

Midnight Reset (UTC+6)
Every day at 12:00 AM Bangladesh Time, the following metrics are recalculated:
daily PnL, start-of-day balance, and daily drawdown counters. The overall account balance and drawdown remain unaffected.
How it works: At midnight, the current end-of-day balance becomes the new start-of-day balance for the next trading session. Excess daily profits above 6% are automatically deducted. Daily loss counters reset to zero.
Trading Assets
The platform supports binary options trading on two primary asset classes. All assets are available to all account types without restriction.
Crypto — major cryptocurrency pairs including BTC, ETH, and other popular digital assets
Forex — major, minor, and exotic currency pairs from the global forex market
Note: Trade execution, expiry times, and available pairs are determined by the built-in trading terminal. All trades are processed in real-time through our system.
Account Fail Conditions
The following actions will result in immediate and permanent account failure. There are no warnings, no exceptions, and no appeals for rule breaches.
Daily drawdown exceeds 6% — losing more than 6% of the day's starting balance immediately fails the account
Overall drawdown exceeds 12% — if total losses exceed 12% of the initial balance, the account is permanently closed
More than 2 open trades simultaneously — opening a 3rd position while 2 trades are active causes instant failure
Risk exceeds 3% per trade — taking a position that risks more than 3% of the account balance immediately fails the account
Daily profit exceeds 6% consistently — while excess is auto-deducted at midnight, repeated exploitation of this mechanism may be reviewed
Important Warnings
Irreversible: Once an account fails due to a rule breach, the decision is final. No appeal or recovery option is available. The account cannot be reinstated or reopened under any circumstances.
Automated enforcement: All rules are monitored and enforced automatically by the platform in real-time. There is no human intervention in the breach detection process, eliminating any possibility of bias or error.
New account required: After a failed challenge, traders must start a new challenge from the beginning with a fresh evaluation cycle. Previous trading history does not carry over.
Profit Payout Terms
Funded account holders can withdraw their earned profits according to the following terms. The payout system is designed to be fair, transparent, and sustainable.
Maximum Payout: 90% — traders retain up to 90% of the profits generated on their funded account. The platform retains 10% as a performance fee.
Minimum Trading Days: 5 — at least 5 distinct calendar days of trading are required before a payout request can be submitted
Payout Window: Fridays — withdrawal requests can only be submitted on Fridays between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM Bangladesh Time (UTC+6)
Minimum Withdrawal: $50 — the minimum profit amount available for withdrawal is $50. If profit is below this threshold, the request will be rejected.
Admin Approval Required — all payout requests are reviewed and processed manually by the administration team. Processing is not instant.
Rejected Payouts — if a withdrawal request is rejected, the full amount is returned to the account balance without any deduction.
Trading Day Reset on Withdrawal
When a funded withdrawal is successfully processed, the trading day counter resets to zero. This means the trader must complete a new set of at least 5 trading days before being eligible for the next withdrawal. Any trades placed after the withdrawal timestamp count toward the new cycle.
Example: If you withdraw on Friday, your trading days reset to 0. If you trade again on that same Friday, it counts as Day 1 of your new cycle. You will need 4 more trading days before the next withdrawal becomes available.
Deposit Rules
Deposits are used to fund challenge account purchases and other platform services. All deposits are manually verified before being credited to the user's account.
Minimum Deposit: $10 — the smallest accepted deposit amount is ten US dollars
Accepted Methods: Binance Pay and USDT TRC20 (Tron Network)
Process: Enter deposit amount, send payment via chosen method, then submit the transaction ID on the deposit page
Screenshot: Optional but recommended. Providing a payment screenshot helps expedite the verification process
Processing Time: Deposits are not instant. Balance is credited after manual admin verification and approval
Incorrect Amounts: If the sent amount does not match the submitted amount, the deposit may be rejected or adjusted
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals apply to user deposits and platform earnings. The withdrawal process includes verification to ensure security and accuracy.
Wallet Address or Pay ID Required — a valid crypto wallet address or Binance Pay ID must be provided for all withdrawal requests
Verification: All withdrawal requests are reviewed by admin before processing
Amount Held: When a withdrawal is submitted, the requested amount is held and deducted from the available balance pending approval
Rejection: If a withdrawal is rejected, the full amount is returned to the user's balance without penalty
Note: Both deposit and withdrawal processing times depend on admin availability. While we strive to process requests promptly, delays may occur during high-volume periods or outside business hours.

Platform Nature: BATrade is a binary funded trading platform. We provide evaluation services and funded accounts. We are not a brokerage, exchange, or financial advisory service.
No Profit Guarantee: Trading involves substantial risk of loss. There is no guarantee that any trader will be profitable. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Account Ownership: Challenge accounts and funded accounts remain the property of BATrade. Traders are granted a license to trade on these accounts subject to the rules outlined in this document.
User Responsibility: Traders are solely responsible for their trading decisions. BATrade does not provide personalized trading advice or guarantee any specific outcomes.
Profile Modifications: Changes to name, email, WhatsApp number, or country must be requested through the support team. Password can be changed directly from the profile settings page.
Profile Picture: Users may upload a custom profile picture in JPG or PNG format, maximum file size 2MB. Inappropriate images will be removed without notice.
Referral Program: BATrade offers a referral program where users can earn rewards by referring new traders to the platform. Referral terms are subject to separate program rules.
